480 Window Washer Water

Hi all...
My Dad has a problem with the water in his washer resevoir-after flushing the entire system with screen wash and hot water, he still seems to be confronted with conjealed almost jelly like water. He is at a loss as with what to do. Has anybody else experienced this or anyone got an ideas?

This is caused usually by having added washing up liquid to the water at some time. Get him to remove the entire system and flush it through until all traces of the gunk are gone. Probably sink cleaner might help (similar to the Harpic unblocker or Mr Muscle). I had to manually clean the strainer in the top of my water reservoir as no liquid whatsoever could get to the windscreen washer jets.
