We have a Volvo V50 2.0 D (2005) with problems on the accelerator pedal.
With Vida diagnostic we get ECM-0122 Signal too low and ECM-0380 Glowplug relay incorrect signal (I have a Dutch version of Vida and have this translated).

What we have done:

Replaced accelerator pedal with sensor
Replaced ECU
Checked for 12 volts on the pedal sensor
Checked wires from sensor to CEM (3 wires)
Checked wire from sensor to ECU (1 wire)

When we make a test drive we have only power to 2800-3000 RPM max. and
a check with Vida will give the same error results.

Maybe someone has a solution for me.

Thanks in advance,

Harry

First of all you have to reset the adptation in the car to clear any permanent faultcodes , not all codes will be erased by just going to the delivery tab and clearing them.
So try this :
Vehicle communication , ECM -> advanced -> adapataion / restet adaptaion or something similar , and then try clearing codes again , this must also be done if you gt DPF/FAP related errors on car. Report back if this helped.
