Hi All

Does anyone know of a good source of stainless nuts & bolts? Probably UNC or WHIT, Nylocks etc. suitable for Amazon front suspension...and the rest of the car when I get there!

Many Thanks
Brian

Whilst they do not list stainless UNC or Whit in their catalogue (mainly stainless metric)I have had super service from Namrick (www.namrick.co.uk/01273 779864) who have a very good range of all sizes of metric/UNC/UNF/Whit/BA etc nuts, bolts and washers of all descriptions.

Give them a call - they may have contacts too for SS stuff.

Good luck

Paul

Thanks Paul

I was beginning to think this site was as dead as a Dodo!!

I'll will give them a try tomorrow although I'm expecting the stainless option to be rather expensive!

Cheers
Brian

I know of a number of sources. Lightning Spares in Sale (S Manchester). I don't have the number but you should be able to find them on bt.com or yell.co.uk.

There was a wonderful company on Green Lane, Sheffield called William Bros. I don't know if they are still in business.

If all that is too much buy a copy of Classic Car mag and look in the ads.

I have replaced many of the bolts on my 122 with s/s and I would strongly recommend it.

Regards.
