XC90 4 Bike Carrier ?

Any recommendations on the best way to transport 4 bicycles on the back of an XC90 ?

Do I need to get a tow bar fitted ?

Never used a tow bar or bike rack before.

Advice appreciated.

Volvo do a tow-bar mounted carrier but it can only take up to three bikes. To carry four you may need to look at both a tow-bar mounted rack and the appropriate roof bar attachments.

I have used a Maxxraxx on different cars and this can take 4 bikes (just). I have not tried it onthe XC90 but will do soon.
