I have wide(ish) superficial scratch on my (Magic blue coloured)Volvo XC 90.
Can anyone recommend the best scratch remover?
A mate recommended T-cut, but Iam not so sure.

Thanks

yeoman, could you go into more detail regarding the scratch, is it deep or just through the clear coat,or a scratch on the clear coat?

Hi there,
It is not a deep scratch. It does not get to the base.the scratched area is sort of light blue rather than the normal dark blue colour.
I suppose that means it is thru to the clear coat.

ok, give me a minute or two...

I would try AG paint restorer, go easy though it is very abrasive, but can easily cut and polish,I used it on my S60 followed by AG super resin polish..

or give Megs scratch-x a go, I haven't used this myself but it has excellent write ups.

try this forum out for excellent tips, you won't regret it,

yeoman, I've never seen any in Halfords, though they are listed as a stockist for Meguiars and Auto Glym. I got all my products from Motorworld and they probably have a branch in Stafford somewhere.

Both of these products are available through Halfords, I have just bought the Meguires cleaning stuff for my S60 and intend trying it tommorow! I have heard nothing but excellent write ups for their stuff.
