Hi people

I have recently purchased a c30 2.0d r-design on a 58 plate

What Im looking to do, if its possible is to have the D5 exhaust fitted on to it.

Is this even possible, i so, are there any mods i need to take into considerations?

Anything is possible if you take it to an exhaust place and have it welded and fabricated on. I've got a 2lt diesel with a twin exit system, details of which can be found in my build/project thread but it's aftermarket and not volvo. A few pics to show you......

Cant see why not mate. I've got a 2.0D S40 and the missus has a D5 S40 and my Heico exhaust looks identical to the D5 exhaust set up apart from the obvious but the pipe work runs the same on both cars.

The C30 uses a different exhaust compared to the S40/V50. The C30 is shorter so the exhaust is a tad different.

I've got the same system as Mattie has and haven't had any worries with it :)
