Hi,

Not really sure where to stick this, so here goes....

Wheels.. My cars has Volvo "Specials" fitted.
Can be seen Here (http://www.volvoclub.org.uk/photopost/showphoto.php?photo=3426&cat=3106) and Here (http://www.volvoclub.org.uk/photopost/showphoto.php?photo=3431&cat=3106)

As you can see the spokes are centred in the wheel, the wheel/tyre size is 205/55 16

However, when looking a flash wheels on whatever web site, I have never seen such an arrangement on other wheels you can buy...
I also know that wheels where the spokes are on the outside of the rim will not fit because tyre rub becomes a major issue (found this out when borrowing wheels when these were re-finished 2 years ago...).

So... Where does one get a similar type of wheel?? What does one ask for??
I would prefer if I didnot need to use spacers. Yes, have heard of them but they put a strain on the vehicle and I would end up with tyres beyond the wheel arch..

Thanks for all tips/pointers..

Des. . . ;)

Your wheels look like the Galaxy. Have you tried checking out www.turbobricks.com - if you go onto the showroom forum there is a thread galaxy/polaris which shows you these wheels and there is also a wheel guide which lists loads of volvo wheels with pictures.

Hi,

Thanks for the info. Posted pics in their forum.. :D

I take it that it is the offset for the wheel (position of the spokes in relation to the rim - outside, centre, inside) that I am after..

Well, found useful info on wheels Here (http://www.rsracing.com/tech-wheel.html)...
So not just offset but a whole host of other things as well.. !
