Xc90 oil cup wrench size?

Looking to buy an oil filter cup wrench after struggling to get the outer oil filter casing off using a filter strap on my 04 plate xc90 t6. I eventually got it off . Doesn't give you much room with the strap.

Can someone confirm the exact size please.?

Looking at One that's 86mm with 16 flats on Amazon at the mo'..

Are talking about the fuel filter in the rear or the engine oil filter housing top on the engine in the front?

That thread is a D5 and the o.p. has a T6.
Is the T6 the same?

done some reearch and looks like it might be 87mm with 16 flats definetly alot bigger than 36mm.

going to take the skid pan off again and measure it for its next oil change

its the t6 variant
