I picked up my new V60 last week and thinking of putting all season tyres on, and keeping them on all year round.
Any interest in 4 factory fit almost new Michelin Primacy 3 215/50/17 tyres, with just 600-700 miles done ?
They seem to be about £120 - £130 each new, so looking for £75 each, ie £300 for the 4.
I'm in Edinburgh, so can meet anywhere central Scotland. Not looked into shipping costs for further afield, but can do, at additional cost to the £300 if you are interested.

Reduced to £200 for 4 tyres. 850 miles done and now off the car.

H Gus,
Are they all in near perfect condition, no kerbing holes etc etc, lots of tread left on all 4 etc. Can you also tell me what is the load rating?
How much would postage be to Birmingham?

Ed,
I'll inspect them closely tomorrow afternoon, but pretty sure they're in perfect condition. I'll also measure the tread depth, but as I said only 850 miles from new car, and I've not been hammering the car over those miles, so hopefully be about 8mm.
Will also search around for shipping rates ( you don't happen to have any suggestions for this do you ? )

Thanks Gus, no rush.
Anyone know what the load and speed ratings should be for a 2012 V60 SELUX D5? The car came with 95W, but these aren't original tyres.
Tyre size is 215/50 R17, I keep getting different information. depending which site I look at, getting very confused...
What are the original tyre specs?

Ed,
Tyres are all in perfect condition as far as I can see. Depth is just over 6mm.
Rating is 95W, which is what Volvo are putting on new 2014 V60 D4 cars, no idea what a 2012 D5 would have been, but probably the same ? W is rated to 168 mph, so should be OK from a speed point of view ;-)
Courier costs seem quite reasonable, found 3 companies ranging from £26 - £31

FYI, I've used http://www.directcouriersolutions.co.uk/alloy-wheels-tyres.php twice in the past few months, very efficient and a fair price, next day delivery :)
