Hi Everyone,
I'm a new to this Volvo forum so please treat me gently !
I have recently bought a 2005 55 reg xc90 D5 81000 miles 185 6 Speed Auto with a Aisin TF-80SC Gearbox Which works perfect when cold but when hot when changing from 4th to 5th on 25% throttle and always at 40mph there is a big shudder while trying to change into 5th gear,
There are no fault codes or any on info display panel
I have just bought 2 x 4ltrs Volvo trans oil and had garage flush/change trans oil but still the same fault,
Any help would be much appreciated Bry.
