premium sound

Hi

i recenty bought a V60 cc with premium sound. There has been some mistake @ the garage and they delivered high performance sound instead, a real disappointment.
They claim there is no way to rectify this, so no way to get this premium sound.
Someone has experience with this?

Unless the law is different where you are then take it back for a refund.
