Hello friends,
As I am putting my car back together, I wanted to test the heater core for eventual leaks.
I found in Internet a suggestion to use a bicycle inner tube, cut it and use it to pressure the core, the manual says between 14 and 17 psi.
I did just that, and it works really well and thought of sharing the pictures of the "tool"
I did not pressurize to more than 6 or 7 psi. The core did not have any leaks once submerged in water, and I let it pressurized all night and no pressure was lost.
Hope it helps!
