C30 diesel injector issue

Hello I have a 1.6 diesel C30 2010 model,when I accelerate hard the number 2 injector lifts and rattles?

I have replaced with new injector and washer. also cleaned and tightened everything up, I still have the same issue?

Any help would be appreciated.

The 1.6HDi is known for injector clamp problems, it may be that there's a seating problem. Have a look over on the Berlingo or French car forums.
