My Volvo On Call Service’s stopped recently. I rang Volvo who said there had been a software update and I’d need a new PIN which they sent today but for the life of me I cannot see where I need to enter it, I’ve tried everything and searched the web to no avail. Does anyone know?
Also I have a new 12month SIM card with Three in my modem but when I try opening an app in Sensus it says there’s no internet connection. I’ve tried swapping the SIM with the one I use in my iPhone but get the same message, I wonder if it’s due to the issue with the On Call service as well?
