C70 for wife

Looking at getting a c70 hardtop t5/t6 auto for the wife. What things to look out for ?

Will be changing all the belts and water pump maybe oil pump. Doing the pcv system and sump breather too. It will be her car but will be nodded a bit too. Full sports cat and twin exhaust upgraded brake discs. Upgrade the turbo and injectors to 19t then a remap and rolling road

check boot well for water it can wreck hydraulic pump that operates roof mec. rear topshock mounts can fail. it a common fault
