Just placed the order for my first XC90 and can't wait for it to be delivered next month.

I decided to go for an SE with Winter Pack but to leave the Comms Pack out.

I am thinking of getting the new Volvo Bluetooth and Removeable Towbar - both dealer fit.

Anyone got any experinec of either of these options?

Thanks in anticipation.

Is the new Volvo bluetooth different to the Volvo branded Motorola kit?

I am not sure but think that the Volvo & Motorola kits are the same items. It is only the fiited price which differs so greatly between the Volvo dealer and someone such as the Carphone Warehouse.

Have you any experience of the kit?

Thanks in anticipation.

I had the parrot Ck 3100 kit fitted.
Pros : cheap, voice dialing, easy to use. Caller id

Cons: No auto muting yet (waiting for the release of a suitable Lead, this will allow the sound to come through the stereo. At present there is seperate speaker mounted invisibly in the footwell).

Cost £180 fitted by a local car audio shop.

Easy to use and call quality good but dependent on the reception of your phone as there is no external aeriel (but the same applies for the volvo branded system).

Hope that helps. :Banane32:
