So I have an XC90 with a faulty brake control module and motor, rang Volvo Diagnostics and they said send it in it'll take a couple of days.

Eventually managed to get it off the car on Weds and in the post, checked the tracking on Thursday and it was delivered at 12.30. Today, Friday, at 12.45 DPD arrived with my repaired BCM!

How about that for service?

Now I've just got to get the car back in one piece...

That's impressive!

I've heard nothing but good things about them, luckily I've never had to use them but if / when the time comes, it's good to know they're still operating and offering such a fast turnaround.

I thought I had a dead CEM , removed it , posted it & was rung with 48 hours , NO faults found , everything working as it should , repacked & back to me following day . Very reasonable charge for testing & postage .

Just pleased there are reputable people out there .

Thats it, haven't actually had a chance to put the module back on the car yet but from what I've seen of their reputation I'm sure all will be fine.
