I have a 1970 133 B20B twin carb. I want to know if anyone has experience/knowledge of running on unleaded. Without conversion.
I do approx 10 miles/day thru town traffic. Can it be done? Will it cause damage? Is it more economical? Any ideas?
Cheers
Martyn.

In Holland most Amazon drivers run on propane gas.
If anything, THAT is unleaded !
If your engine is in good condition you can run unleaded for about 50.000 kilometers before you run into serious trouble.
Have the valves ajusted every 5000 kilometers or whenever it's getting hard to start in the morning (before the 5000 kil.)
When they're "at the end" of ajusting it is time to replace the cilinder head (and while you're at it, get a cilinder head with hardened valve seats...)
