Cam belt route.

Hello.Can any one help with nthis please?

V40 1.9D engine 1999.

Looking 'end on' at the cam belt route. What does the first toothed pulley, to the upper left of the crank pulley drive?

Also, what can cause vibration [at idle] from the auxiliary drive belt tensioner. A/C fitted.

1. Oil pump

2. faulty pulley clutch on the alternator. get it fixd as soon as before it seizes.
