Can any one advise me where to get some flexible soundproofing for my newly completed (!?) Volvo 121 (1966 2 door). I know that ready made kits are available, but I've heard they are expensive..I really want to buy some on a roll and cut it all to shape..Has any one else done this?

I have used a self adhesive 3m prouct to prevent resonance on body panels i.e inside doors, rear wings, underside of bootlid etc.

It comes in sheets that can be cut easily to size and will form to curves etc.

I certainly have enough left to to another car or two.

If that's the sort of product you are after I can let you have it for
£20.00 plsu postage.

If you are after a thick sound deadening matt the rubber faced stuff that won't hold moisture is what you need.

Hope this helps
