440 turbo sr boost controller fault

hello, my 440 boost controller is bust i think. bypassed it and i'm getting tiny bit of boost and turbo spinning up. but hardly anything. £107 + vat for a new 1, so i don't want to get 1 if i don't have to. any ideas would be greatly apreciated. bought a -31 actuator from turbo technic's because i thought it was that, but it wasnt so bypassed control valve and small improvment but not much. help dewittrs ??????

fixed it cat was dead,removed cat from its little box and replaced empty cat boosting 1bar ,sorted.
