Lol, is the S60's turning circle really as bad as everyone says?

What is it in metres?

Dependent on tyres it's anything from 10.8 to 11.8m.... You get used to it....

I seem to remember a 70s ad for the 244 boasting that the turning circle was smaller than that of a VW Polo...

I've been wondering that ever since reading how bad it was!

I had a PT Cruiser rental last month and the turning circle on that was a complete disgrace. Just looked it up and it appears to be 11.2m. :loser:

The turning circle on my old 245 was as good as my old Mini, and that's some difference in length! :laughing-smiley-003

My 940 estate has the tightest turning circle of anything I've ever driven. He should have phoned me, I'd have lent it to him for a modest fee:)

What a boat! I thought Americans allways did J-turns. lol
Its a good job Obama didn't have to make a "sharp" exit!
My other point, I was taught to show the driver how much room he/she has by holding my hands apart at the distance the driver has to go, I would have thought they teach these secret agents that? Too simple (the technique not the agents!?!)?

They're probably super secret hand signals :D
