hi, i have a 440 2.0 CDI for sale, it has no mot/tax but i can see no reason it would fail an mot as just before i took her off the road i went to wales in it with absolutly no problems whatsoever, this is avery reluctant sale but i have 2 dogs 1 of which struggles to get into the boot so sadley i had to pick up an estate (which i hate!! ) would keep the 440 but desperatly need the space as the wife has nowhere to park!! so she says it has to go. if interested you can email me ( gunmetal22@tiscali.co.uk) for more info and pics if required, i am looking for about £350
