Hmm....
Small piece on DRIVER's side?.. driver's side as in RIGHT hand side (in UK)?...

I think the loose little piece (24) is for the LEFT hand side - due to the jack and spare wheel - on the right side, it's a single piece with a small bended piece (21).. ?

Yes you are right, silly me, so it just sits up in the corner

Cheers for the help

The 3 dots on 21 correspond to the trim clips. They can be poked through to keep it in place. Not very neat and you'll want some Dum-Dum around the clip where it goes through the wing if there's none there already. Your new board may not have the holes and it may fit OK without using the clips. It sort of bends into place and holds as a sort of interference fit. As the originals got old they'd lose their springyness and tend to drop down.
I think this pic shows an original board but to me it's too low at the top. If I was making one from scratch I'd extend it upwards to fit under the raised section of the wing.
This is the opposite side of the car that that I posted showing the spare wheel strap position and jack.
