Does anyone here know where I can get a heated rear window for a 65 1800S, I have tried brookhouse and Simon cannot get them, maybe some one here has a second hand one. Any help would be appreciated, also I am on the lookout for a pair of armrests for the middle of the door also.

Thanks for that, its JP by the way, I was refering to Simon from Brookhouse volvo who is my regular supplier.

If Simon can't get it through his suppliers, then the chances are that they aren't available any more. I was talking with him recently about the heated screens, & turns out that they were made in batches, so probably all been sold by now.

I assume the glass is ok and it's the heater elements that have gone. I agree that a heated window is essential as it mists up in the winter very badly, and you can't reach it to wipe it from the driver's seat.
An effective alternative is to get a replacement set of elements. I got one from the USA (by post) for about £30 that is totally effective. THe element sticks directly to the glass not sandwiched to a plastic film. Covers the full width of the screen.
Cheaper and just as effective.

sorry JP for calling you Simon, I must stop posting msgs after coming back from pub!
