V40 Parts Wanted - Drivers Headlamp etc

Hi All,

Owned my 2001 Phase 2 V40 for a couple of months now. I'm after these bits still to bring it up to top notch.

EGR Valve - Mine is leaky. It's a long shot but you don't ask you don't get.
Drivers Headlamp and indicator full kit - The reflector is loose inside the lamp and appears to have taken a knock in the past
Rear Cargo Safety Net - Got all the brackets in the car, just no net.
Wind Breakers - To stop the whistling at high speed!
Head cushions - Another long shot, a cushion that gives side support to the head for the driver and front passenger
2 Button Key fob - I understand this will need programming by Volvo.

What size is your engine?

- EGR Valve . I can have a look tomorrow morning and get it out and check the model number and let you know

- Drivers Headlamp and indicator full kit - I have a headlight unit without the front glass/lens

- Head cushions - Do you mean head rests? If yes, I have two available in dark gray colour

- 2 Button Key fob - I have one left

It's a 1.9 Renault Based Diesel sir.

The headlamp unit is of definate interest. How many pins are on the connector into the back of the headlamp? 5 or 4?

On the cushions, I mean the extra accessory they did that adds side support. But thank you.

The key fob part number I need is 30857616. Let me know on that one :-)

Sorry for the delay. The headlight has 4 pins. As I already told you the lens/front glass is missing as it has been cracked. Also there are minor marks on the left hand side just above the bulb. They seem to be caused by the bulb heat as I have also noticed them on the other unit on my car.

The key fob part number I have is 30857614. Not sure whether it is compatible or not

My engine is petrol so I guess the EGR valve is different.

No Problem. I wait for reply. The indicator light has been cracked and I have thrown it away.

I can get one from a phase I S40, not sure if it would fit though as I'm sure the headlights changed with the phase II. Any body know for sure?

I think I'll pass on the key fob and await the right part number.

T4S - I'm pretty sure the headlamps changed for phase 2 I'm sure. Otherwise i'd have had the one off the scrappy round the corner from here. But thanks for the help!

Do you require the frame or just the net itself? Cant recall if the net detaches.

What are you looking for for the headlamp?

Checked the weight of it and it is 1100 grams (+50-100 for packaging) (roughly 1200grams) and postage worked out to be £4.50 first class or £5.24 signed for First class.

Does what about £15 including postage (signed for)? Is that ok with you?

I can pick up a full and complete one for £30 inc postage on eBay on a buy it now. On auction, probably less.

With that in mind I'll hold out for one of those to be honest.
