Breakdoen cover?

As my AA renewal is due I decided to cancel it because of the cover offered by Volvo.

The guy asked if it covered "Self induced" faults (punctures etc) which I didn't know.
What exactly do Volvo cover in the 1st year?

OK, just had an email from my helpful dealer

Volvo assistance is operated by Mondial now, 12 months roadside
including homestart & european cover.
