Lock down

Posted Jul 8th, 2020 at 18:16 by BrianH

Stopped Volunteer driving in March as in the vulnerable age.

Left the inside light on for 1 week. That saw the battery off. As reported else where the new battery from carparts4less was delivered on its side. Not good DHL!
No satisfaction.

Always leave the hand brake off to keep it free.

Having got the Volvo battery every thing has been OK, except for a very slow LPG leak. I have a Honeywell gas detector but still cant find it. In 4 months its lost about 30 worth. Normally filling up 3/4 days a week with 30/40 worth I don't notice it.

Really missing driving my 245

We have been advised that volunteers will be given PPE and trained in all aspects of transferring patients safely to hospitals around
the area. Starting soon.
