For 2023 we are returning to Breamore House Nr. Fordingbridge, Hampshire SP6 2DF
Tel: 01725 512858

Sunday 4th June 2023
Set in its own beautiful parkland amid surrounding farms and fields, the grandeur and magnificence of the house has changed little over the past 400 years.*

The Elizabethan Manor House and Countryside Museum are open for visitors from April until the end of October.*

Entry to site from 1000 hours.
Please note.
caravan or camping facilities may be available if there is sufficient demand.
Cost £10 pn you must book vial Nigel Ayling if you wish to stay on site

Toilets together with a Tea room which will open at 1030 hours are situated near the museum.

The Line-up of cars will be informal, as has been the case over the last few years.

Entry to the event is free,
but there is an*entry fee to the museum and house which is still to be confirmed.

The house tours are 2pm, 3pm and 4pm. You will either need to book on-line in advance, or go into the farm/gift shop and pay there. The shop is card payment only.
Alternatively you can pay in cash payments at the house for tours. We try to limit the number of visitors on each tour so booking online via the Breamore House website is best but I am sure we can fit in a few others on the day. The cost for a house tour is £14 for an adult or £10 for those over 56 years. This covers an hour tour of the house plus entry into the countryside museum.
The Pantry Barn on site is quite small so if large numbers wanted food it may be better to book directly with the Pantry Barn. Their details are on the booking form I sent you.
It would be lovely to advertise your visit - visitors may like to see all the cars. Do you have any photos we could use?
Please email me if you have any further questions.

VOC members wishing to enter their car into the Best Kept Volvo competition should collect an entry form from the club official at the entrance to the site.

You must produce a current VOC membership card to be eligible to enter.

If you are not a club member but wish to join today the fee is £35.00. (£30 annual membership plus £5 joining fee) You will then be eligible to enter the competition. Please see a club official to join.

A condition of entry of vehicles for judging is that it MUST be road legal and have been driven to the event to qualify.
Please leave the completed entry form on the dash board.

The judges will need to access the boot and under bonnet in order to conduct the judging so please leave the car open.

You are responsible for the security of your property so please do not leave valuables in your car.

The latest time to enter you car for judging is 1300 hours. If you arrive after that time you will not receive an entry form.

If for some reason by 1500 hours you find that your car still has its judging form in it and it appears you car has not to have been judged PLEASE contact a club official and let them know and we will arrange for it to be judged.

It is anticipated that the raffle draw will take place around 1530 hours followed by the presentation of the awards.

There is a small cafe onsite which mainly serves drinks and sandwiches and toilets situated near the museum.
Dogs on a lead are permitted but please note no BBQ’s (or similar ) are allowed

There will be the usual raffle and this years nominated charity is tbc

Volunteers sought for judging. please contact Nigel Ayling

Please attend this event if you can and make it even better than last years.
I will update as more information becomes available.
