I'd be up for a blatt around the ring, although probably next time :) Question is...which car to do it justice?! Must pop down to the CB too - hopefully we'll get a weekend where there's no car fixing / house moving / car part exporting to be done!

That would be cars plural...on Monday the 340 shat it's headgasket big time (on exactly 196,000 miles, well done little 1.4!), and the 240 arrived home on a lorry on Tuesday thanks to a cracked (plastic...quality, Volvo!) radiator hose union. It hasn't been a good week, but it's looking up...

The 240 was back on the road within 30 mins (I already had a radiator ready), and Nessy gets a 75k-old FVSH engine swapped into it this weekend.

Hi Abdul, in a while once we've got a rough idea of cars and people we can speak to the ferry companies and hotels and see what discount they can give for group bookings! :)
