Can't help on the EGR, but can tell you that all the servicing has been done at Harratts Wakefield (01924 254573) so give them a shout and they may be able to check on their systems.

This chassis number does not come up. Please can you double check or let me know the registration number for the vehicle. If it is not a UK car then I won't be able to help I'm afraid.

Hi Marc, could you please check the spec of this one? Also they claim to have a full Volvo history until July last year (I think sturgess Leicester) when the cam belt was done! No mention of aux belts. Has it been into you by any chance?
