Pics of XC60 with Zephyrus alloys

I have ordered a Black XC60 LUX with Zephyrus alloys, has anyone got any pics of their XC60 with them. From the pics I have seen I'm a little unsure about them......

Sorry for poor picture quality (iphone).

Hmmm, so on one side the 'blade' is the leading edge, on the other side it is the trailing edge, not sure about that !

Won't you go 'round in circles.

I think that you have managed to reverse the pictures when you posted them - the steering wheel appears to be on the wrong side ;)

Isn't that the same as on the 850 T5's and S70 T5's?

They look nice not too difficult to clean, always good point, some wheels are a real problem to keep tidy

I have a black saphire MY11 D5 SE Lux on order (with the Zephyrus Alloys as standard), delivery due first week in December, but haven't seen the wheels in the flesh before. They look absolutely terrific, so thanks for that, and really looking forward to getting the motor now!!

Always good to get photos on here. The alloys look awesome as does the car! The alloys look better than the cratus ones IMO. damn good looking indeed!

Here's a shot of my 2011 Inscription Silver T6 with the Zephyrus Alloys. I wasn't sure if I would like them when I placed the order, but I really think they look sharp!

Looks great Mike. Shame about that ugly bloke driving though.......:natur008:

Actually, I used Photoshop to blur my instantly-recognizable, movie-star like features in the interest of personal security.....clearly I was successful....!!

I think you also mirror-imaged the car in photoshop because the steering wheel is now on the wrong side...

Nice wheels Mike, car and alloys, and that sure is one big ass Volvo sign!

Looks awesome Mike. Those alloys do look great :)

fte_mike Nov 3rd, 2010 15:27

Thanks, I love the wheels (and the car) too. I do have occasional pangs of regret over not choosing something less conservative for an exterior colour, but the silver does look elegant nevertheless.

I need to find the time to write up some driving impressions of the T6 after 2500 km, since there doesn't seem to be very many of them here in Europe or at least here in Germany.
The short of it is that the 300 hp motor is truly excellent, at least until fill-up time which comes shockingly often!!

More to follow..

Mike
