Registration change
 

I've just changed the number plate on my XC60. Is there a simple way to change the registration number in the Volvo On Call App?

I don't know, but have the same myself. You can change the name of your car in the app (it defaults to the reg) but not the reg itself. I suppose this could be an opportunity to press the button … and ask!

So the answer for me was to write an email to custcare@volvocars.com and ask mhm how to do it.

They replied that if I sent them the old and new registration numbers, they'd do it for me. I sent these along with the VIN for good measure, and it's now been done.
