Exhaust mount or bracket mistery
 

Looking for some help here i have an 07 2 litre diesel s40 with this cat on and has previously snappped at the weld after the 90 degree bend
I did notice that there looks to be a mounting plate on the bottom of the cat but theres no bracket holding it
So i was woundering if there should be one there and where it should mount to as i think my exhaust is blowing again from the same location as i can smell diesel fumes inside the car when stationary
