Fitting chrome wing strip
 

Hi,

Anyone fitted anew strip to a new wing?

Any advise how big do you drill the holes and location

Dreading punching holes in but has been ready to fit for ages

I did mine a couple of years back. Can't remember the drill size but I tried a few sizes on a piece of scrap and settled for the best fit.

Seem to recall I used 5 clips pretty much equispaced.

Just remember to paint / treat the holes before you put the trim back on

Ps You may be better posting this on the Amazon general page rather than the sales page?

Best to use a stepped hole drill, hss bits can snag and distort the hole.....
