Hi mate you still up for this? need some help deciphering an SRS code all ive got from the local garage is SRS-020E.

im wondering if this is just a bad code though and maybe a proper system would be able to decode it ?

Hello Mike, with the VST, is it possible extract the resistance values of the two potentiometers on the roof mechanism, that is, the one on the rear locking arm, and on the soft top.
Full track value and the wiper sweep resistive values?

Hello Mike, does the Bosch cartronic hood control unit have internal on-board memory that registers problems, if so would the VST2000 be able to clear them. Also, could this be done with a control unit on the test bench?

the VST 2000 is vital and the only tool which can communicate with the roof control unit and do the calibration and run the motors manually and read and reset its failt codes .

Can anyone help with VIDA near me? I have ABS, Lambda and TRACS fault lights. I need to find out where the problems actually are. I have repaired the TRACS ECU, but still have the light.

Is it the same car you have advertised for sale, 1998 2.5 10v auto? If so, what did you want to scan, or think is faulty, as a fair bit of the 10-valve engine stuff are not fully OBD compliant, and need flash codes read (been there, done that on a previous V70 of mine), I made one up, it's a little plastic box with an LED, switch and OBD lead made up and soldered together I still have it somewhere lying around if you're interested for a few quid, I know that the abs stuff could be read though with a scanner, I used an icarsoft Volvo one. Have a forum search for flash codes for further info :)
