I have just swapped out my in-tank pump for an AEM one and also removed the inline one under the car in preparation for the 6 cylinder whiteblock swap, therefore both pumps are for sale

In tank pump £20 delivered
Aux pump and accumulator pot thingy £30 delivered
If you want both I'll do £42.50 delievered

Also I'm breaking the 960, everything is available other than the stuff I'll be using for the engine swap. I will post this in the 900 series too as well

Would the in tank pump fit later 1990 240?

I can't be sure but I think it does my car has the B230E injection engine, the replacement new pump from Brookhouse has the following text.

"IN TANK FUEL PUMP. ATTACHED TO FUEL TANK SENDER UNIT. FITS 240 MODELS 1985-1990 WITH B200E AND B230E ENGINE AND B200F AND B230F ENGINES UPTO 1993.USE FILTER 1274817. SUPPLIED WITH FITTING KIT. USE SEAL 949276 AND RETAINER RING 1235324."
