Forced wing mirrors won't work now

Hi All. Just got back from MOT and someone has forced wing mirrors closed and now they won't work? Any ideas? Thanks

Have you tried pressing the L and R wing mirror buttons at the same time?

do it manually ,move mirrors on both side open/close then unlocl/lock carthey should rest
