It's on Sunday 23rd April, at Fort Nelson near Portsmouth - I hope to be there - who else is going?

120 Gathering

I am thinking of going, any directions for the exact location...

It's just north of Portsmouth, near junction 11 of the M27 - click here for a Multimap link.

For those who have not been there, it is a great venue. It is a fort that was built for the impending Napoleonic invasion a few years ago. It is now an armoury museum and has examples of some very old guns and cannons, some going back to the Turkish wars of around 1400. They also have two section of the super gun that Saddam Hussein had built in Sheffield back in the early 1990's.

If I get my '53 PV444 on the road I will give it an outing, first in 2 years. Otherwise it will be the T5.

Sounds like a good excuse to take my 1800s out for a spin. Does anyone have a timetable or know what is planned?

Looking forward to meeting everyone!

From memory, the ad in the club mag said further details from Andy Rowlands (120 register keeper) and / or to follow soon.

Detailed directions to Fort Nelson are here
