How would I know if my MY2016 V70 has Volvo on call and what features would that bring?

You will have two buttons in the roof above the rear view mirror one black to contact On Call support and one RED Batphone like button to make it Urgent, very Urgent!

There are a lot of features for on-call , if you end upside down in a ditch and unconscious the emergency services will be with you in no time for example .
if you pay a subscription you get the security package which also enables tracking if the car gets stolen .as well as other functions .

Leading to the government tracking your car whenever it pleases. I would never have tracking installed. Anyone who thinks that will not happen is blind.

Better ditch the smart phone, tablet, forget about using the internet and make a tin foil hat while living in a hole a in the ground surrounded by pointy sticks.........

.....and don't use a card for any transactions for food, fuel, etc.

The advantages of Volvo on Call far outweighs the issue that somebody would be interested enough to try to track where I'm going. Or rather where my car is going.
