1997 S40 T4 CD (Manual gearbox)
 

I bought this last week by accident. I bid on it then forgot, bought my Subaru Forester then won this and Ill admit, I dont need it or really have the space for it.

Its a 1997 S40 T4 CD with manual gearbox.

MOT until October 2016
125k miles
Black leather seats with wood trim

Bad points:
Cat C write off because it needs a front bumper and an indicator.
I dont have the V5 BUT I do have the receipt of sale from the salvage company. All you need to do is fill out a V62 form in your name and send it to the DVLA along with a copy of the receipt to obtain the V5 (No charge for this). I'll even fill out the form for you because Ive done it loads of times.
Needs a service
No locking wheel nut key (just needs ordering from Volvo)
Possibly needs a MAF sensor because it idles a tad lumpy and the revs drop when changing the gear
Needs a bonnet cable as its currently bodged to operate from a cable sticking out from the front bumper

I wont lie, it needs a bit of work to make nice but its a T4 for a bargain price. I only want back what it owes me, not a penny more.

New locking wheel nuts key is £18 from Volvo, they just need the car to check it against their master set.

I haven't got insurance on the car though so I cant take it myself right now.

£325 for a T4.......Had a couple of people come to look at it who declared they didn't have any money so couldn't buy it (morons) but if they did then they would (not helpful)

Ill take it down to Volvo on Friday and order a locking wheel nut key.
V62 is filled out and ready to go for the V5. Just needs the buyers name and address putting in and it can be sent off for the V5.

Price will still be £325 for the car even though Ive done these things and put £20 of fuel in it.

Really need this gone....Surely someone must want a T4 with MOT until October for £325.

OK it needs a bumper and the V5 applying for but that's no different to sending it off in a new keepers name.

Just another couple of questions,
How many keys and does it have working climate control ??
