XC60 luggage cover part.
 

I am trying to source a replacement part for the retracting luggage cover. The small (weak!) plastic lug that holds the cover in extension has snapped. Volvo do not supply these as replacements!
Volvo h/q were disinclined to help me. My dealer informs me that the best they can do is a new unit (£250+) which is a nonsense.
I do not believe that I am the only owner to have one snap off.
Any help/ suggestions gratefully received.
