The manual lists vehicle coverage as all Volvo from 2001-2007 (40N/50/60/70/80/90).
Exceptions listed as:
C70 98-05 does not work
S/V40 96-04 does not work
S80 2007 does not work

This tool has been an invaluable and has saved me a fortune in diagnostic garage bills! Sadly, my Volvo has gone so I don't need the code reader any longer.
