B230E Engine for Sale
 

Some may have my engine swap thread in the showroom section, the short and long of it is that I have removed my B230E engine and auto box from my 87 GLT 240 to shoe horn in a B6254 and M90.

I'm looking to sell the engine (and box if there is any interest).
As I said its a B230E, 92k miles, I changed oil and filter when I got the car some 4k earlier.

The engine did develop an intermitant rev issue which I was never really able to pin down other than eliminating major mechanical problem. Compression tested and leakdown checked well across all 4 cylinders. Thread below

Cost would be £100 for the engine or £130 for both the engine and box.
Collection only from the back of beyond unfortunatley (SA73 3QT West Wales) unless you wanted to arrange pallet service yourself and cover my costs.

Just to clarify the gearbox is an AW 03-71
