V70 rear wiper removal / arm replacement
 

Hi everyone,

Starting to tackle the jobs needed on my new V70 I purchased a few weeks back. One was broken rear wiper which is almost definitely it being seized.

I thought it would be an easy enough job but upon removing the three bolts that the wiper mechanism attaches to, it wouldn't budge at all.

My Haynes manual says it should just be the three bolts and it the electrical connection, but it feels so welded in place that I feel like I'm missing something. I don't really want to force it for fear of breaking something but I'm stumped for ideas for anything else that needs removed! Has anyone got any advice / tips for things I'm missing?

I also managed to snap the wiper nut cover when removing the arm so figured I'd get a new one. Can anyone recommend a decent replacement or have one in decent nick for sale?
