V40 D3 navigation activation

Hi all new member here.
I have a 2017 spec v40 d3 redesign with the Harmon kardon sound system.
I have navigation while connected to WiFi but only basic with no voice guidance. My question is, is there a way to fully activate without going to volvo? If not does anyone know how much they would charge to activate?

Thanks for the reply and link.
I was hoping not to have to go to Volvo as I don’t trust the local dealers. The last 2 times I’ve had a service I’ve been charged for items that were not done/needed.
