Hi, my contract with a broker and lease company clearly state that I would be in receipt of a Volvo XC60 D4 AWD momentum which is exactly what I requested
My car arrived and after a day I noticed there was not the usual AWD notice on the boot therefore got someone to check out the car I did get and it has been confirmed that I was given a FWD
What if like to know are my rights and what I can and do

This has got to be an easy one surely. Reject car and request replacement as per contract. First port of call being the broker who drew up the deal and contract with the lease company.

Hi, does it matter that I’ve driven the car, obviously not knowing it laced the spec I signed up for?

How long have you had it ? it reads that you've not had it long.

Who's the broker ? there's quite a difference in price between them.

Reject the car as not what I signed up for which it clearly isn't

The car was delivered on Thursday 15/08/2019

Defo have grounds to reject it.

Hi I have not bought the car, it’s a lease car only

They are still in breach of contract.

Its still not what you signed up for though.

Although I take it that it's the latest model, the D4 AWD seems to have been discontinued (Looking at price list) & replaced with a B4 (Mild Hybrid)

Did the broker not advise you of the change ?

I requested a D4 AWD and was advised that there was this spec available therefore opted for this spec
