Satnav update help

Anybody know if i Can upgrade my satnav with a disk or stick on 2010 D5 Please

From the Volvo website... "Maps can only be installed after you have visited your Volvo dealer for a Sensus software upgrade (time approx. 40 minutes). For information about price, contact your Volvo dealer", but of course your car may have already been done? More info here:-
