The grill,s and lights are all stored in boxes now, together with the original brackets. I hope to start working on the car again sometime soon, and the first job will be to restore the brackets, and do a try fit with all parts together on the car for the first time. Back in the 80/early 90ies did I run the car with homemade brackets, and Lucas 5" headlight units, as these fitted perfectly in the holes. This also made it possible for me so to have Yellow bulps in. |
Guys;
Is this what you're looking for: http://www.sw-em.com/Radiator_Grill_...s_281024-9.jpg Source: http://www.sw-em.com/accessorize.htm Cheers |
Shouldn't be too difficult for a half competent tinsmith/metalworker to knock one up! Might have a go at making one for my PV grill.

Hi Ron, yes there is the grills from the Black "King of accessories" 122 S in USA :) It was also the first thing I found, then one "only" need to find the spots - brackets - fittings - switch & relay. Those were the items that added 24 more years to completion of my setup. |

Sure - not that hard to copy - but a repro/copy of something never had my interest (personal opinion only) The challenge for me was to find all the right parts. All my accessories are genuine Volvo - no copies. |
Here is another lucky find I did in the early 80ies = 279731 spare wheel cover.

Smoking
Ultra rare find, made at our local dumb.
It was buried in mud, and my boot hit it. https://c1.staticflickr.com/4/3752/1...8986babb_c.jpg |
Factory option
This would probably be named factory option, and not "accessory" .
Maybe usefull for the right person. http://www.ebay.com/itm/Vintage-GOLD...9YFWxT&vxp=mtr |

I believe this watch was a Volvo branded Certina DS2, which Volvo had done in the mid 70s and gave out to either senior managers or esteemed clients. I may be wrong....
