Fuel pump D5 help
 

Hi,

Im in need of a little help if anyone can point me in the right direction it would be most appreciated.

My mum has a 2010 Volvo V70 MKiii (BW) 2.4L D5. The fuel pump has failed but I cannot find a single website or breakers that has the specific pump. am I being stupid? is there somewhere i can get a part number? does the Mk2 pump fit?

I think this is the correct one, but the Skandix site lets you put in your VIN number and select the exact model and year, so worth double checking.

You could also ask your local main dealer for a quote.

... The above is assuming that you are talking about the electric tank sender pump, not the two stage common rail pump on the end of the camshaft.

Thank you for your reply. That is rather steep! I'm awaiting the VIN from my mum, hopefully I can search further once I have a product code and find something cheaper elsewhere. It is the in tank feed pump.

Good luck finding a replacement. At least with the part number you stand a better chance of finding one.

Loads of mk 11 on eBay worth a look and check if they fit mk 111. Keep looking as one may come on there.
